Prices and payment
Prices are in euros and are final; shipping is added at checkout. You pay with the methods shown at checkout. The order is confirmed once the payment clears.
Returns
You have 14 calendar days from receiving the product to return it without giving a reason: write to info@hierro.xyz. Return shipping is on you. We refund within 14 days of receiving the product, using the same payment method.
Warranty
Products are refurbished and come with a 1-year warranty from delivery. If something fails, write to us: we repair it, replace it or refund you.
